Nguyen Hoai Son is an Attorney-at-Law (a member of Hanoi Bar Association), Founder and Managing Partner of Midland & Partners Law Firm. With more than 25 years of valuable experience in both public and private sectors, he has gained a lot of achievements in the field of international law, anti-trust law and in-house legal counsel. On top of that, Hoai Son has deep knowledge of government affairs strategy, legal risks assessment, regulatory issues, public policy, issues management, communications, reputation, public affairs strategy, sustainability, and corporate citizenship programs.

When Hoai Son studied law, he had intensively nurtured a dream to set up a law firm to be connected between clients and concerned stakeholders to amicably resolve disputes for mutual benefits. He strongly believes in the rule of law.

Hoai Son is a patient person, good listener, and a person of action. He believes that nothing is impossible if you have passion and determination. In the next 25 years, he expects to see the Asia Pacific would be a hub for innovation and becomes a more inclusive region where you are respected and your voice is heard.

Hoai Son is holding a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) granted by the Graduate School of Law, Nagoya University, Japan. Hoai Son can speak English and Japanese language.
